Towards the State:
  • Contribute to the achievement of the aims of the state through the strict control of our obligations in matters of labor, taxes, administration, in accordance to commercial and contractual laws.
  • Whenever there is a contractual relationship with state agencies, respect the principles of transparency, accountability and economy, and comply fully with the requirements of the Contracting Laws of Public Administration.
  • Provide accurate and timely information for the self-grading and self-classifying of records, that as a company we are required to process.
  • Proceed with ethics in direct contracting and bidding processes, and comply fully with the obligations derived from them.
  • Have an ethical attitude towards public servants.
Towards the Community in General:

  • Support the formation of a business community with ethics, with consciousness of the company's responsibility in the pursuit of social justice.
  • Follow the rules that govern intellectual property and ensure their compliance.
  • Comply with the rules that govern industrial property.
